This post was made to simply archive a conversation me and the mod author had about implementing a way to punish the player if they attempted to "cheat" by breaking a rigged chest >:3

This is evil. I don't wanna be that guy, but this feature would be pretty useless in modpacks/worlds with the treasure chests mod, I think it was called (update: its called Lootr) Basically, each naturally generated chests (that are affected by the devious chests mechanic as well) cannot be broken without losing the loot inside them. So like, you don't really want to break any chests, and I don't think hoppers work on those either, because they're literally with different loot per player, like, I get 2 diamonds, but another player may get only 1 gold, for example.
Anyways, I sidetracked, its generally a good idea!
