Your idea
So basically, have a special type of npcs, like Jenny, that can perform sexual things on the player. This category can be either damsels... kidnappers, or both. I'll use the generic name Jenny as an example. If requested, Jenny can use bondage items on the player, or the player uses them on her. Alternatively, she can be a kidnapper that rewards good behaviour with... actions.
