More sneaky Kidnappers #9

Your idea

So, I played with the mod for a day or two now, and I personally use a separate mod, that completely hides the nametags (would be a nice option btw to have that included), so they kidnappers are more "hidden".

I actually had a situation, where a elite kidnapper more or less sneaked up on me, and the only reason I catched them in time was their dialog. I know, you can disable the dialog, but I don't want to, since they're pretty neat in all the other cases.

The idea is basically to have kidnappers spawn with a chance to be "sneaky", and not say things like "I found my next target." or "You're coming with me!". They can say that, once they catched the player, but I'm also not sure how good or easy that is to implement.

Why it would be useful

Like stated above, it would allow kidnappers to sneak up onto the player and they can be more dangerous that way.
