In the mod we already have GPS and Shock collars, and while these are lovely I think there would be room for Intelligent/Smart collars.

How it would work, is that your master/capturer would equip with a collar that would disallow you to hold/own certain items.

For example, maybe you shouldn't be able to own lockpicks, so the collar would shock and otherwise punish you for having those.

It could be take further, with having a seperation with held and items in inventory.

For example, you could be given a task to deliver a sword to somebody, but your owner wouldn't want you to attack them with it, so you would be allowed to have it in your inventory, but holding it would give you a shock strong enough to drop it.

This would add another dimension to ownership and possible jobs you would be made to do for your master.

The item ban might be interesting, but the lockpick ban is a bit much, in my humble opinion, for single-player gameplay—or even too punitive in general.
