Artist-facing biped rig template (documentation/animation/) animated on the EF
biped the mod expects, plus tools/ef_matrix_export.py — exports a Blender action
to the mod's MATRIX-format clip JSON from the evaluated (constraint-resolved)
pose, so any rig whose bone positions match the biped exports correctly
regardless of bone-axis convention.
